Your Medicare Plan¬†policy covers Co-insurance only after you have paid the deductible (unless the Medigap policy also covers the Medicare Plan’s deductible.)

* With these type of Medicare Plans, after you meet your yearly out-of-pocket-limit and your yearly Part B deductible, the Medicare Plan pays 100% of covered services for the rest of the calendar year. Medicare Plan K out-of-pocket-limit is $4,620.00. Medicare Plan L Out-of-Pocket Limit is $2,310.00.
